At The Remedy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 60-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, including [list non-returnable items like opened cosmetics, underwear, etc.], are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the return authorization, and send it back to the address provided by our team.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is free for all returns within the 60-day period.
  • For returns after the 60-day period, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
