At The Remedy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 60-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Certain items, including [list non-returnable items like opened cosmetics, underwear, etc.], are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Theremedyhelp@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the return authorization, and send it back to the address provided by our team.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping is free for all returns within the 60-day period.
- For returns after the 60-day period, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
